About Charlotte
Charlotte is NACo’s associate legislative director for environment, energy and land use. She is responsible for analyzing legislation and regulatory activities, as well as administrative duties within our environment, energy and land use portfolios. She also serves as the staff liaison to NACo's Gulf States, Counties and Parishes Caucus. Prior to joining NACo, Charlotte worked as a senior legislative assistant in the Oklahoma congressional delegation with time in both the House and Senate. Charlotte received her undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma and her master’s in public administration from George Washington University.
