Wendy Wickens

Wendy Wickens is a US Public Sector Account Executive for Cisco and supports the Commonwealth of Virginia state agencies.  She has over 26 years of experience leading and transforming technology in local governments across Virginia. She holds two master’s Certificates as a Certified Government Chief Information Officer (CGCIO), a Certified Public Manager (CPM) and a bachelor’s degree in History from Christopher Newport University.  Ms. Wickens serves as an adjunct instructor for Public Technology Institute’s CGCIO program and previously served as a member of the IT Advisory Council for the National Association of Counties (NACo).
