Rosanne McPhail

Rosanne is the Grant Coordinator for Pacific County’s Justice Mental Health Collaboration Program. She works on developing the collaborative for this work, outreach to community and stakeholders, system mapping, data collection, team organization and reporting. She is on the Mental Health Diversion Program steering committee, and participates in the Law and Justice Council. Prior to this position, she worked several years in the human services field, coordinating resources, connecting people to services, advocating for children and families and providing adult education.  Rosanne is actively involved in other local and regional coalitions, and currently serves as the Board Chair for Willapa Behavioral Health.
