Randi Moore

Randi Moore leads the Division of Housing and Community Development (HCD) for Hudson County, New Jersey.  HCD is responsible for the planning, administration and oversight of three federal programs from the United Stated Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD):  the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), the HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) and Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) Programs.  The office is also charged with administering the Hudson County Homelessness Trust Fund.

In addition, the Division leads the Hudson County Alliance to End Homelessness and serves as the lead applicant to HUD for Continuum of Care (CoC) homeless assistance funding. Division Chief Moore has spearheaded new initiatives and implemented innovative programs to improve the way housing and services are provided to homeless individuals and families.
