About Phillip Haase

Phillip is the CRM lead for the Great Lakes Region. Phillip works with clients to design CRM systems in concert with the business needs as well as manage the focus of RSM in the CRM market. He has 16 years of experience in the international CRM market across many industries including public sector, manufacturing, finance, insurance, retail and professional services. Phillip also serves as RSM’s national CRM director for the public sector.

Phillip has 29 years in the IT Industry and over 18 years at Microsoft. Starting at EDS, Phillip was responsible for the desktop deployment and business systems for Saturn before joining Microsoft in 1990. Phillip worked out of the Detroit office for Microsoft for more than eight years supporting the customer base in Michigan, Ohio and Kentucky. In 1999 Phillip left Microsoft to join Siebel Systems in a global position as a CRM architect solving some of the most difficult customer challenges and serving as the worldwide integration specialist. In 2003 Phillip rejoined Microsoft in Paris, France heading up the Siebel Alliance for Europe, Middle East and Africa working with customers and partners to realize the business value of Siebel CRM on the Microsoft platform. In 2006 Phillip relocated to the US as the Dynamics Evangelist for the Americas. Phillip continued within the Dynamics organization and was the CRM technical director for the US from 2008 until 2013 working with customers and partners in the field to bridge the gap to engineering.
