Paul E. Brandenburg

Paul is an industry strategist for the State and Local Government sector at Dell. He is responsible for monitoring and understanding the public sector market and providing counsel to Dell on how to support state and local government organizations through innovative technology and solutions. Paul has been in city government for 26 years, and has served in City Manager and City Administrator roles for six different cities including Georgetown, TX and Germantown, Waunakee, and Wauwatosa in Wisconsin. During his tenure in city government, he was responsible for the management of all municipal operations and actively engaged in all facets of municipal services, including technology operations. The experience helped him build a deep understanding for how technology can help advance government operations to provide efficient and effective public service. In March 2015, he founded his own consulting firm, Municipal Management Associates, designed to assist municipalities with special projects and project management. He holds a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Wisconsin, and a bachelor’s degree from Ripon College where he majored in political science and minored in history.
