About Meredith Williams

Meredith Williams has served as the Assistant Vice President for Executive Branch Outreach at AT&T since 2018, where she leads the matrixed team responsible for AT&T’s strategy and policy engagement with the U.S. Executive Branch.  Meredith also represents AT&T with several federal agencies, including the Departments of Education, Labor, and Agriculture, and serves as a subject matter expert for AT&T’s Broadband Access and Adoption team.  Prior to joining AT&T, Meredith served as a Senior Advisor to the Secretary of Homeland Security and as a Special Advisor in the Office of the Secretary of State.  Before serving in the government, Meredith worked for several private firms where she managed day-to-day business operations and advised clients across a range of industries. Meredith began her career in human resources at the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) and later worked at the PBS Foundation and for an Indian non-governmental organization. Meredith is a graduate of Marymount University and Georgetown University Law Center.
