Chris Fennell

Chris Fennell has more than thirty years of domestic and international management consulting, research, engineering, and construction experience. At IBTS he is responsible for domestic and international growth. He is actively engaged in IBTS economic development and disaster recovery programs and has been centrally involved in developing CRAFT, IBTS’ Community Resilience Assessment Framework Tool, and the development of an on-line portal for natural disaster technical and administrative support. He has been credentialed as a Certified Quality Auditor, LEED Accredited Professional, RESNET Home Energy Rater, an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, and a Certified Building Official.
