NACo’s 80th Annual Conference and Exposition provides an opportunity for all county leaders and staff to learn, network and guide the direction of the association. The Annual Conference, held each July, is hosted by a NACo member county. 

This year, the conference will be held in Mecklenburg County, (Charlotte) North Carolina. The Annual Conference provides county officials with a great opportunity to vote on NACo’s policies related to federal legislation and regulation; elect officers; network with colleagues; learn about innovative county programs; find out about issues impacting counties across the country; and view products and services from participating companies and exhibitors.​

Cancellation Policy
Refund of Conference registration fee, less an administrative fee of $75 will be made if written notice of conference registration cancellation is postmarked no later than June 12, 2015. Cancellation requests postmarked June 13, 2015- July 3, 2015 will be subject to an administrative fee equal to one-half of the registration fee (this applies to all registration types including guest and spouse fees). NO REFUND REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED for registrations canceled after July 3, 2015 or for “no-shows”. Sorry, no telephone cancellations can be accepted. Cancellations MUST be made in writing. Note: If you cancel your registration prior to June 18, 2015 any hotel reservation associated with your registration will also be cancelled. However, if you cancel after June 18, 2015 you will need to call the hotel directly to cancel your reservation.​

NACo’s official housing company for the 2015 NACo Annual Conference and Exposition is ConferenceDirect.   You may secure your guestrooms for the NACo Conference through one of two ways:

  • Via a Housing Form sent to you by Corcoran Expositions, NACo’s exhibit sales company
  • Via the official NACo Conference website

Do NOT be fooled by other housing companies that are pirating rooms from NACo!  While it might sound like a deal, there are hidden costs along with full payment in advance and no changes allowed.  Additionally there are no guarantees if you book through any other source that the hotel will honor your reservation at check-in.
