Security Review (QHSR) and NACo President Linda Langston, supervisor, Linn
County, Iowa, urges county officials to participate in DHS’s effort to collaborate
with stakeholders, including county governments, to strengthen partnerships, improve

As part of

governments across the country, DHS is extending a formal invitation for
President Langston to serve on the QHSR Executive Committee (EXCOMM). This will
ensure that final decisions concerning QHSR findings and conclusions are made
with direct input and counsel from county leaders.
