The U.S. Communities Government Purchasing Alliance (GPA) recently rolled out a new program that could save counties and cities as much as $50 million on technology purchases.
GPA is jointly sponsored by NACo, the U.S. Conference of Mayors (USCM) and the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP).
