NACo survey: Most mid-sized, large counties working on Y2K Follow-up poll finds smaller counties lagging behind in forming countywide plans By Kevin Wilcox senior staff writer The vast majority of counties – 94 percent – with more than 50,000 population are getting a handle on potential Y2K problems, a new NACo survey reveals.
