Board adopts 3 new
legislative priorities

Immediate Past President Michael Hightower examines
his "catch," graciously provided by Minnesota native and ice-fishing
proponent Randy Johnson, NACo president, during the NACo Fall Board Meeting.
The meeting was held in Hennepin County, Minn. Johnson presented Hightower
with the honorary rod, reel and catch in lieu of taking the Fulton (Atlanta)
County, Ga. commissioner ice fishing.
