The Council of State Community Development Agencies and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency will sponsor a conference on infrastructure May 23–24 in Washington, D.C.
Titled the “Big IF 3,” the conference will focus on:
distributing federal financing assistance to small, rural communities
streamlined funding distribution and administration
state/rural development council partnerships working together as local technical assistance providers, and
alternative financing methods for the poorest communities.
The conference will give special attention to coordinating the distribution of Community Development Block Grants, State Revolving Funds, and rural water/wastewater program funds.
