- Lindsey Maggard is NACo’s new public affairs coordinator. Maggard will provide professional support and administrative assistance to the department. Before joining NACo, she served as the state party program coordinator for the Democratic National Committee and also also worked with the Senate Select Committee on Ethics as special assistant for financial disclosure. She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Kentucky.
- Spencer Bridgers has joined NACo’s Financial Services Center (FSC) as its new operations specialist. She will provide technical and administrative support for all NACo FSC programs. Previously, Bridgers was a communications assistant and project consultant for the U.S. Council for International Business and Global Apprenticeships Network. She holds a bachelor’s degree in American history from the University of North Carolina and a master’s degree in international affairs from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva, Switzerland.
- Eryn Hurley in the Legislative Affairs Department has been promoted to legislative associate. She will support the associate legislative directors.
