- Kim Hall has joined the Public Affairs Department as the new member engagement manager. She will be responsible for creating and implementing data-driven strategies and programs that result in membership recruitment, retention, engagement and growth. Before joining NACo, she served as president of Chester County, Pa. Historical Society, executive director for Chester County Futures and later as principal of Hall & Associates Group.
- Kathy Rowings, associate program director for justice, spoke about NACo’s Stepping Up campaign and county and state collaboration at the National Council of State Legislatures Conference, Dec. 10, 2017 in San Diego County.
