Andrew Hartsig

Research Manager

As a research manager, Andrew Hartsig will lead different research projects, especially those focused on county operations, structure and the future of counties. Andrew previously worked for the Loudoun County Department of Management and Budget and with the Arizona Association of Counties as a Policy and Research Analyst.

Andrew holds a Master of Public Policy from The George Washington University and a BSBA from Saint Louis University.
