If your county, borough or parish would like to request more information about NACo membership, please complete the form or email membership@naco.org.  NACo membership is as simple as requesting an invoice. After you submit the form below, our membership team will reach out to you by email with your county dues amount and details on NACo member benefits.

County, parish and borough governments. Once a county is a member, benefits extend to all county elected officials and staff.  

Joining is as simple as requesting an invoice. If your county would like to learn more about NACo or request an invoice to join, please complete this webform. A county is considered a member once your county’s dues are paid.  

Dues are based on a county’s 2020 Census population numbers and follow the calendar year, January through December. Please complete the webform, and we will send you your county dues amount. 

  1. Receive a welcome email with membership details.  
  2. Activate your My NACo Portal to sign up for webinars, register for events and apply for committees.  
  3. You’ll begin receiving County News newspaper and online newsletters with county news, resource and policy updates

NACo is led by its Executive Committee and Board of Directors, a dedicated group of county officials who guide the organization’s mission, priorities, and advocacy efforts.

NACo is a grassroots-driven organization that encourages member engagement. Currently, we have more than 1,100 individual county elected and appointed officials from every region of the country represented on our 10 policy steering committees, ad hoc and standing committees, caucuses and task forces.
