NACo reserves the right to refuse to accept an application from a company/organization that does not meet the established criteria or to discontinue the participation of a Premier Corporate Member who does not continue to meet the criteria.

Premier Corporate Members will not have preferred access to NACo's policy development process or be directly involved in the development of policy positions that guide NACo's federal advocacy on behalf of counties.

Premier Corporate Members will not be provided speaking opportunities at annual conference general sessions or major social events by virtue of their participation as a corporate partner or their sponsorship of an event.​
