NACo Prescription Drug Discount Card Program
The National Association of Counties has started a prescription drug discount card program
to help consumers cope with the high price of prescription drugs.
This form will NOT start the program in your county, it will only let NACo know that your county is interested.
You will be contacted once this form is processed.
Program contracts will be sent out when this form is complete.
Please make sure you have filled out all the requested information to receive a contract.
