The County Leadership Handbook, designed primarily for newly-elected officials, provides practical tips, tools, and resources as well as insight and wisdom from veteran officials. The handbook is organized around five areas: leadership perspectives; communications strategies and tips; administrative matters; the use of information technology; and budget and finance basics.
