The National Association of County Engineers (NACE) office is located 3 blocks from the U.S. Capitol in Washington, D.C. on the 5th floor. NACE office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.
Executive Director

Responsible for all oversight and management of the association. Liaison to NACE Executive Committee, Board of Directors and other related organizations. Also advocate for legislative and technical issues.
Assistant Executive Director
Bonnie M. West
Responsible for membership marketing and services, NACE News, website, and planning and management of annual conferences. Assists Executive Director and responsible in his absence.
Office Manager
Angela D. Toledo
Responsible for publication orders, database maintenance, mail lists, annual membership dues, financial administration and daily office operations.
