Leadership Training

Officials, governing boards and management teams continue their professional education in Leadership Training opportunities at conferences and online.  The LT curriculum develops skills in communications, planning, advocacy, governing, and decision-making.  It fosters collaboration with various publics and other officials, creates buy-in for change and provides a time for reflection and renewal.

Online
NACo members may register for no cost online education and discussion in leadership concepts. Connecting via your computer using the Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) or your screen and telephone, you’re able to complete each 75 minute program at your desk. Should you miss a live session, you can link to a recording of the program within a few days.
