NACo is committed to assisting county governments in their efforts to protect and enhance the lives of all of their citizens. To this end, NACo has developed projects focused on fostering the development of community child and family support systems, workforce development and promoting effective youth/adult employment training and job readiness programs. These efforts provide county officials with the latest legislative and research information, technical assistance, training and examples of successful programs, policies and procedures that work.
