Legislative Affairs
The Legislative Department is responsible for representing America's counties in Congress and with the federal executive agencies. NACo's lobbyists have responsibility for assisting NACo's Steering Committees in the development of national legislative policy and ensuring that policy is communicated to Members of Congress and the Administration.
