Executive Management
The Executive Management staff provides overall guidance and direction to the department directors and staff on implementing the Strategic Plan and the goals of the association.
The Executive Director is the chief operating officer, implementing all actions taken by the Board of Directors and providing overall management of the association's business.
The Management Team reports to the Executive Director.
The Executive Assistant/Board Liaison is the primary contact at NACo for the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee, facilitates the exchange of information between the Board and the Executive Director and with other NACo departments, acts as the secretariat for the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee, provides briefing materials to the Board for its review and action, and schedules and supports the Executive Director and the Executive Committee.
