Departments

NACo is divided into six departments to fully serve its members. Each department has specific responsibilities and an experienced, talented staff that represent, assist and promote counties, as well as carry out the operations of the association.

A director heads each department and reports to the Executive Director. The department directors serve on the Management Team with the Executive Assistant to the Executive Director and Human Resources Director.

In addition, the Executive Management staff provides overall guidance and direction to the department directors and staff on implementing the Three-Year Plan and the goals of the association.
