The Community Services Division provides information, training and assistance to counties on a wide range of issues in order to increase knowledge, build capacity and foster innovative practices in county programs. Assistance varies by project, but is often presented through workshops and special training sessions; peer-to-peer networking opportunities; publications, special reports and toolkits; competitively awarded small grants; and individualized technical and consulting assistance.
